Responsibilities
Deliver care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Deliver professional and compassionate care to residents according to your role and qualifications.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Must Have
Current AHPRA registration if you are a nurse.
6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
